Bev’s passion for leadership and entrepreneurship was shaped early in life. Raised in a close-knit family, she grew up watching her parents operate a neighborhood barbershop - more than just a place for haircuts, it was a hub for conversation, connection, and community. In that space, Bev learned invaluable lessons about service, discipline, and the power of relationships. Her parents modeled what it meant to build a business rooted in care, consistency, and pride - values that continue to anchor her approach to coaching and leadership today.
